Parrotheads and fans of Trop Rock music are some
of the most generous people in the world. “Angels in Tropical Shirts,” “Party with a Purpose,” raffles,
donations…..Hundreds and thousands of dollars are donated to charity each year. There are several companies that
cater to Parrotheads who donate portions of their sales to various charities.
Here at Crab Island Mambo, we take a different
tact when it comes to helping our fellow American’s. We do business with American Companies that employees
Americans. We buy our tee shirts from a company that makes the shirts in California. They also only use cotton
grown in the US employing farmers to grow the cotton and truck drivers to move the cotton.
Our koozies are made in the US. We then employee
American’s to work on the graphics, do the artwork and finally to print the tee shirts and koozies. We sell jewelry
that is made by hand here in the US. We will be adding hats and some other items in the near future. All of them
will be Made in America.
Why do we do this? Because we feel it is
important to keep American manufacturing alive and well. We want to see American’s employed. Crab Island Mambo
wants to keep our hard earned dollars in the US. When we employ the American worker he will in turn spend money
that will employ more Americans. It is our belief that most people want to work and it is more beneficial to our
economy to put people to work.
Crab Island Mambo does what it can to help the
American worker. We are a very small company but we believe we can make a difference. Please help us by considering
to purchased some of our shirts and koozies. And to entice you to “Embrace the Chaos!” we have a SPECIAL
OFFER! If you spend $30 or more on an order, you will receive free shipping to
anywhere in the US including Alaska and Hawaii. (We might even hand deliver the order to Hawaii!!!
We hope you take us up on our special offer but
with anything you buy, look at the label of origin. Many times American Made items are readily available at a
competitive cost. We live in the greatest country in the world. Crab Island Mambo will do it’s small part to keep
it alive and working by selling Made in America items!!!
